Bitdeer takes every step in ensuring all miners meet the industry quality requirements however in the unlikely event of a Dead On Arrival(DOA) unit rest assured you are covered. Please note DOA refers to a miner that is non-functional within 30 days from the date of delivery as outlined in the After-Sales Policy to the date of creation of the repair ticket. This process ensures your case is promptly addressed under warranty.
The following applies:
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with complete accompanying accessories.
- Combining hashboards, power supplies, or control boards from different miners into a single unit for repair constitutes a violation of the warranty terms and will result in the warranty being voided.
Verification:
After the ticket is raised Bitdeer shall arrange the pickup of the reported miner from the customer.
The reported DOA miner will be inspected at Bitdeer. Should it be verified as a DOA miner, Bitdeer will replace the miner and arrange for shipping to the customer.
Should it be verified that the miner is damaged due to circumstances as stipulated in Sales Purchase Agreement Section Appendix 1 section 6(5) ‘Denied Warranty Claims’ then repair charges will apply and customer will be responsible for arranging the return of the miner after repairs.

Conditions for Temporary Suspension of DOA Replacement Service
The DOA Replacement Service may be temporarily suspended under the following circumstances:
- If the machine(s) for maintenance are mistakenly shipped due to incorrect repair ticket information provided by the customer, the customer must contact support@bitdeer.com to resolve the issue before the service can resume.

Return and Repair
The customer is responsible for arranging the shipment of the miner to Bitdeer. Upon receipt, Bitdeer will inspect the miner and verify its warranty status.
- In-Warranty Miners: If the miner is covered under warranty, Bitdeer will proceed with the repairs. The customer will be notified upon completion of the repairs and will be responsible for arranging return shipping.
Note: Should it be verified that the miner is damaged due to circumstances as stipulated in Sales Purchase Agreement Section Appendix 1 section 6(5) ‘Denied Warranty Claims’ then repair charges will apply and customer will be responsible for arranging the return of the miner after repairs.
- Out-of-Warranty Miners: If the miner is not covered under warranty, Bitdeer will inform the customer of the applicable repair fee. Repairs will only commence once the repair fee has been received. After repairs are completed, the customer will be responsible for arranging return shipping.
