1. Log into your account on the Bitdeer official website. In the navigation bar, click on Orders to view your current orders.
2. On the Orders page, filter the order status by Shipped or Shipping. From the filtered list, click on the order number you wish to enquire on or click the View button.
3. Once the order is marked as Shipped or Shipping, the download Commercial Invoice and Packing List buttons will appear on the order details page. Click Commercial Invoice or Packing List to download the file you need.
