For us to locate your returned package and begin the repair process, please ensure it’s associated with a repair ticket. Without this ticket, we won’t be able to proceed with the repair. The following guides you through the setup and login process.
After your login is successful, you will be directed to the page shown below. If you do not have an account you may create a new account here. (https://bitdeersupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034105712-How-to-register-for-a-Bitdeer-account):
Proceed to mouse over your account name on the top menu of the page and a menu will appear. Select “After Sales Service”
You will be directed to the After Sales Support page where you can create a repair ticket for your defective machine by clicking the “Create Repair Ticket” button at the top right of the page.
Click the “Start Repair” button as shown.
You will be brought to a page where you will be required to select a repair center to send your defective machines to.
Next, you will be brought to the next page as shown, there are a few steps that will need to be done in this page
If you want to change your selected repair center, you still can do so here by clicking the “Edit” button under the “Select Service Center” section as shown
A pop up will appear where you can select the repair center again and press the “Confirm” button.
Under the “Device Information” section, you will need to add the defective Miners that you intend to send to your selected repair center by clicking the “Add Device” button as shown
A pop up will appear for you to input all the necessary details, then click the “Confirm” button
Then you will see your entry appear in the list below.
Once you have made shipping arrangements for sending the machines to your selected service center, you will need to enter the shipping details here as shown.
And your address, or the address that you would like the repaired machines to be sent to. You can input a new address by clicking the “Add New Address” link as shown.
A pop up will appear for you to input your address.
Or if you have an address that is already saved, you can select it directly by clicking on the selected address itself as shown.
The final step in the system is to agree to the After Sales Service Terms by clicking the checkbox, then click the confirm button.
