For us to locate your returned package and begin the repair process, please ensure it’s associated with a repair ticket. Without this ticket, we won’t be able to proceed with the repair. The following guides you through the setup and login process.
Login to https://www.bitdeer.com/shop/support. If you do not have an account you may create a new account here. (https://bitdeersupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034105712-How-to-register-for-a-Bitdeer-account):
Click on “Miner Repair” to raise a repair ticket.
Here click on “Start a new repair” to begin.
Confirm you have contacted After Sales team before clicking next.
Select Repair Type.
Select "Add Device" to add the products you wish to send for repair.
You will then find the added devices reflected in the “Device Information” section. Should you need to make any changes you may click on the edit icon to update the entry or the delete icon to delete the entry.
Navigate to “Select Service Center” section and select the service center available to you. Do reach out to our After Sales team should you need assistance.
In the "Provide Return Address" section you may select from your list of saved address.
You may also add more addresses by clicking on “Add New Address”.
Confirm you have reviewed and agree to After Sales Service Terms by clicking the checkbox then click submit to send your repair ticket.
Navigate to “Print Ticket & Package Your Device”
Here you may edit the repair ticket you have just entered or you may cancel the ticket if you would like to cancel the repair order. Do note that you will be prompted with a confirmation before cancelling.
Print two copies of the Repair Ticket. Attach one copy to the exterior of the shipment and the second copy inside the package.
At the bottom of the page check that you have attached the ticket in the package and shipped the device before selecting the checkbox.
Then click next to proceed to the next page or save this repair ticket as draft and complete it at a later time.
Finally enter the Courier and Tracking Number information.
You may click back to return to the previous page or click Submit to submit the ticket.
You have now successfully submitted your repair ticket and a ticket summary is shown here.
You may click Track your ticket status or raise a new ticket should you choose to.
