Onsite Installation Support is a service designed to assist customers with deploying large quantities of new SEALMINER machines. It’s available to customers with over 2,000 new units who apply at least one week in advance. During the visit, Bitdeer’s technicians help with setting up the machines, configuring IPs and mining pools, troubleshooting any initial issues, and training on daily maintenance and problem-solving.
This support visit aims to streamline the setup process, ensuring that machines operate efficiently from the start and that staff are well-prepared for ongoing maintenance.
