This service is available to customers who meet specific criteria, such as having more than 500 machines with over 10% showing issues that cannot be solved remotely. During the visit, Bitdeer engineers perform an in-depth investigation into the cause of the issues, implement repairs, and offer training on daily maintenance and troubleshooting.
