1. In Bitdeer official website and log in to your account. On the right side of the page, click on Manage Transfers in the drop-down menu of the account name.
2. In Manage Transfers page, click Purchase/Sales Order , locate the corresponding disputed order, and click View.
3. Enter the Order Details page, click Appeal button to submit your order appeal.
4. Select the Reason for Appeal & fill in the Detailed Description, and Upload Evidence screenshots. After confirming that your complaint evidence has been filled out completely, click Appeal to submit.
5. After submitted, you can check the appeal information again in Appeal List - My Appeals. Kindly click Appeal ID to view the detailed information, the feedback status from the counterparty, and the result of platform's review.
