1.Log in to your Bitdeer account，enter the App homepage and click ReMine
2. Enter the ReMine transfer product page and click Orders
3. Select Purchase Order or Sales Order and find the order you want to appeal
4. Enter the order details page and click Appeal
5.Enter the appeal submission page, select reason for appeal, enter the appeal details, upload the evidence, and then click Appeal to complete the entire appeal process.
