Cost Portions and Calculation Methods:
The cost of the cloud hash rate plan consists of two portions: hash rate fee and electricity fee.
- Hash Rate Fee: Hash Rate Fee is the rental fee for cloud hash rate power sharing service. It is estimated based on the current price of the digital currency market, network-wide difficulty, and network-wide capacity. The total hash rate fee should be paid when the order is placed.
- Electricity Fee: Electricity Fee is the money needed to pay for the electricity costs, maintenance fee and so on. Electricity fees can be paid via multiple payments. For example, when a 180-day plan has been chosen, the user can pay for the first 10 days of electricity fee when the order is placed and pay the remaining 170 days before the 10 days run out. For more information on how to pay electricity for a plan, please refer to How to Pay Electricity for a Plan
Note:
1. Make sure to renew electricity before it runs out, otherwise, the mining and revenue of the plan will get interrupted.
2. The electricity fee can be paid in installments after the plan's activation. Bitdeer shall have the right to adjust the electricity fee of the Service Plan from time to time according to the actual electricity price of the mining site where the miners are located.
--
Bitdeer products are priced in US dollars, take the following plan for example (plans may be subject to pricing adjustments according to market conditions, please refer to the official website for actual plan prices):
Hash Rate Fee/T/D = $0.0126/T/D
Electricity Fee/T/D = $0.0531/T/D
Total Hash Rate Fee = Hash Rate Fee/T/D * Hash Rate(TH) * Plan Duration(Days) =$0.0126/T/D*50*360 = $227.50 (the total hash rate fee should be paid when order purchasing)
Total Electricity Fee = Electricity Fee/T/D * Hash Rate(TH) * Plan Duration(Days) =$0.0531/T/D*50*360 = $955.80
(This is the total electricity fee for the whole plan duration, users shall pay at least 10 days of electricity when first placing the order, and the remaining electricity days of the plan can be paid later -- you can directly choose to a. Manual renewal: by clicking the "Pay for Electricity" button in the Hash Rate page to increase the remaining days of the plan; If you don't want to renew the remaining days manually, it is recommended that our users can also choose b.Auto Revenue Payment, c. Auto Electricity Card Payment to avoid mining interruption of plans.)
Mining Interruption of Plan’s Electricity Power Outage (For Example):
For example, if you placed a 30-day plan (from Jan 1st - Jan 30th), and you paid 10 mining days in advance, then the plan would be mining from Jan 1st- Jan 10th and stop mining on Jan 11th.
If you pay for another 15 days on Jan 15th, the plan will continue on Jan 15th and stop on Jan 30th. This means that there will be no revenue generated from Jan 11th to Jan 14th and these lost days will not be compensated for. Therefore, please make sure to renew electricity before it runs out, otherwise, the mining and revenue of the plan will get interrupted.
